How do Agencies Obtain Sample Collection Kits?

To obtain sample collection kits the Agencies will need to contact the office of the Evidence Custodian.

All submissions and returns must be coordinated with the UNTCHI evidence custodian.

All submitted paperwork (included in collection kit) must be complete before processing samples can begin.

Samples can be delivered directly to the laboratory or may be sent via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. The submitting agency will incur the cost of shipping Unidentified Human Remain (UHR) samples. A return air bill must be included so that UHRs can be returned to the submitting agency.

FAMILY REFERENCE COLLECTION KITS ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE!!!

TESTING OF FRS, DRS, AND UHR SAMPLES IS FREE OF CHARGE!!!
